I went into a restaurant and when I came out, my car didn t start! Once I got my car started, I came as fast as humanly possible to Richards HONDA. While I was waiting on the service rep, the General Manager, Chris Brown, came out to introduce himself and to figure out what was wrong! Once the Service rep, Christy, came out, I didn t have to spend time repeating why I was here, Chris did it for me! Christy knew I was pressed for time so she went to see if she could squeeze me in. Guess what? She did! That s what I call awesome customer service! I would recommend Richards HONDA to anyone! Thanks Chris and Christy for awesome, amazing, marvelous, spectacular, profound etc. customer service! You saved my day!
