I am just back home from Steigenberger and again I had an amazing time there. It is the best hotel I have been in Egypt and I will not change it. The food was excellent, the pools are just amazing but the best of all are the amazing people who work in this hotel. They all made me feel like home and everyone was caring about us tourists a lot. They really need other support after the accident what happened in the hotel with that English couple, cause it was not fault of the hotel and I don t see it fair to blame them...they need us to be loyal and faithful. It is pity that Hany A Aziz will leave the hotel cause to me he belongs to that Hotel. His personality is great and he always made me smile. I wish all the best for him and I hope all others will be kept in the hotel cause they are the biggest reason for me to come back! Thank you!!!
