We have lived here for a little over a year. Overall it has been a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and has playgrounds within walking distance of our house. Sometimes it can take a while for maintenance to show up for small things but when it is something that needs to be taken care of that day they are usually here within a few hours. Lawn care is very hit or miss. A lot of times the grass is cut very uneven and they don t weedeat the outside of our fence for weeks at a time. We have never had any issues with the staff they have always seemed to be nice and helpful. The one thing I wish would change is the waiting list to get housing. Its crazy that you have to wait until you completely clear your last post to get on the waiting list instead of when you receive orders. The house we are in now is nice but we feel like we have to pay to much bah on it where as if we could of gotten the waitlist sooner we would have had a better chance at getting a house that s more equal to his bah. We just couldn t afford spending endless weeks in a hotel with two small children and pets so we accepted what was available first.
