The drivers have been ok but the system is awful! They either need more lift vans and drivers or better schedulers! Two out of 3 rides I was late for my appt having to cancel the dr. Then I had to wait for a ride for 3 hrs for a ride back. Oh and they keep pushing the refund program, if I had the van and drivers to accommodate my wheelchair I would not be calling Provide a ride. Transportation issues are such a problem, hope some changes are made soon! I just got approved for rta dial a ride, hope they are better! I rather pay than have to deal with these issues
