Rooms are lovely, but our door handle is old and key is tricky. Staff are helpful, service for room cleaning in am is suspended somewhat I think because of covid (like they just have towels and coffee left room otherwise washrooms etc). There was no menu in room for ordering but is available online (again likely a covid thing)
The food is amazing but pricey, massage good
