In the process of shopping for a ford escape, I sent an email asking for more information. Over the course of the next week I was called six times per day (by three sales associates) asking when I could be expecting to come in and make a purchase. After around three days I asked for them to stop calling and that I would come in on the weekend when I had time. The calls kept coming...and coming despite requests to stop. So instead of purchasing at this location, I am buying from a dealer 20 minutes away.
