Exquisite. Of the many Michelin star restaurants I've been to across Europe, this is really up there in terms of the food.

My friend and I had the tasting menu and the prestige wine pairing (some pictures below - embarrassing to snap photos but I knew I'd need them for this review). Highlights were the pigeon and the souffle. Impeccable.

We were fortunate enough to meet the kitchen team at the end - Jocky Petrie is amazing - and ask them some semi-detailed questions (albeit after the flow of vino).

Only quip was the somellier seemed a little rusty on the wines in the prestige pairings...may have been lost in translation and a minor point.

Surprised this is still a one star establishment to be honest. Many other one starrers in London that do not come close. I actually preferred a lot of the courses to Restaurant Gordan Ramsey - big shout I know!!
