I take umbrage with the review written by the "businessman". I don't know where you live, however, gas & electric have nothing to do with Conservice where I live. I am disabled and live in a two bedroom apartment. I am home all day and I take water conservation seriously, as do most people in my area. I know how much I use. I do not have 3 people who take showers daily. or two people as the other two apartments that surround me. I find it unacceptable that I have to pay a fee that is based on a "formula", which is based on the square footage and the number of occupants. I want to pay for the amount I use. I also pay for pest control. If I have to pay, then I expect it to be done every two weeks, period. I should not have to call the office and request it every time. I am highly suspicious of a company who gives a phone number on my bill, and when I call, I find it is not in service. Really? So, tell me, where is the service part of their company? All I see is my bill, which is increasing every month. I find this extremely unacceptable all around.
