Punta cana is a beautiful place but this resort is the worst. I was forced to write a "good" review on travel advisor to mention an employees name. Too many people walking around demanding you to buy their things, do excursions, etc... these people do not take no for answer, even told them we couldn't afford it and they didn't care. Went on one of the excursions and was completely lied to about the content of the trip. The excursion included dune buggies and they couldn't provide us with helmets.
The food here is also a hit and a miss. The restaurant food is definitely a miss, same with the room service food. The buffet was alright, some things better than others. Room service food is soggy and old for sure. Pizza was soggy and wet. Asked for guacamole with my Nachos and got cheese on the side instead.
Room was okay. The jacuzzi hardly worked, same with the tv. Had to call twice to get the tv to work, with a wait of a couple of hours. Also called for more water bottles and never came. Tried to call the manager to tell him what's happening and had to call three times to wait a hour and a half for him to end up showing up at our room.
