We purchased our first used car from Don Valley North Toyota and are very happy with the decision. I was very skeptical about the whole used car buying process due to the stereotypes out there about used car sales(wo)men. I questioned everything, every step of the way. However, our salesman, Sam Francella, was very patient, kind and understanding. He even took the time to answer my text messages during off hours. Sam, a constant professional, really made the whole process a breeze. We didn t think or expect to buy a car so quickly (it was our first time out to look at used cars). However, in working with Sam, we were confident in our decision to purchase. We will definitely go back to Don Valley North Toyota for our next car. Thanks Sam!
