Overall very bad company. Very unprofessional, a lot of favoritism shown from the managers. A lot of in-house gossip. Some employees get high and drunk on their lunch breaks and come back in and there's no discipline shown. Something had went terribly wrong with my metrics to a point to where it wasn't being credited to me and it took management two months to "fix it." Hazel Nassir, the wife of the founder, Bill Nassir, is racist towards all people of color. I worked there for a year and, despite good metrics and outstanding performance and punctuality, a raise was not even considered. They did pay 11.25 at first but as the new year of 2017 came in they informed the top performers that we'd be receiving a raise if we kept it up. When the New Year came the only raise that was given was the raise they were to give us which was mandatory because the minimum wage went up to 11.50. Turnover rate at this place is skyrocketing. Management treats employees like less than a human being. If you want to be treated this way, unfairly, and be in this sort of atmosphere then I'd recommend this place to you.
