This company has handled the C19 epidemic appallin...

This company has handled the C19 epidemic appallingly. Our group of 6 skiers are still waiting for a March refund (holiday cancelled the night before travel, found out via web site!) Their customer service is understaffed and attempts to charge back via credit card are declined. Only 2 out of our party of 6 have been contacted about refund arrangements, with promises of refunds that haven't happened.
