I had a great experience with the Shavitz Heating And Air Conditioning from the beginning to the end. My initial phone call was answered immediately. Linda E. made it easy to make an appointment to fit my schedule. I received a call a day before the appointment to confirm it and also a call on the day of the appointment to notify me when the technician was few minutes away from our home. The technician, Cornelius M., was very knowledgable, polite, and respectful of our home. He diagnosed and fixed all the problems and also gave valuable advice about the operation and maintenance of our heating and cooling systems. Could not have been happier with the service received!
