The worst! We arrived at the airport, tired and hungry after a long trip and with an infant in our arm and were told that the rental contract we previously booked was now $100 more. In addition they wanted another $10/day to add my wife as a second driver and $10/day for a child seat, both of which I had already booked and included in my original bid. When I said I would rent the car without child seat and then buy one and thereafter pick up my wife and child I was refused the car altogether. Scammed and humiliated. Nice!
