My husband and I are both blind we were on our honeymoon and wanted to go to zoo we contacted the zoo and they arranged for a volunteer to guide us through the zoo on a buggy
They put themselves out to explain describe and ensure that we were catered for on arrival we were shown different animal skins to feel when we were finished our volunteer escorted us to the tram stop
Thank you to the zoo for a great experience and welcoming hospitality will definently be returning
