TERRIBLE. My insurance and I had stayed on hold for days and theyre not still picking. My car is damaged and this insurance company needs to compensate for their policy owner recklessly crashing into us. I AGREE THAT THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.
