Extremely poor customer service. Be careful of their hidden charges. Overseas call centre always causes communication problems. Dora Legotse unfortunately could not grasp the cost to Premium Credit in terms of future business they have now lost from my personal and business use. I will insist my broker uses an alternative credit facility when renewing policies.
