George S. was great and very professional. He kept me updated on the status of my service. He is how a car dealership service representative should be.

The lounge was great! I loved how there were 3 areas for guests to relax: tables with chairs if you want to read, write, eat and watch TV, sofa seating, and workstations to charge your phone and use your laptop.

My experience with the Radley Acura service team in Falls Church had been horrendous, so I'm having to come all the way to Woodbridge even though I live 2 miles away from the Falls church location.
