I wanted to be sure FA Sanford had the vehicle I wanted to look at. Brenda came on 'chat' and assured me the exact car I wanted was physically at the dealership and we made an appointment.
When I showed the car was not there.
The salesman said "Brenda is not a real person"?? I told the manager that we had driven from Pinehurst only to find no car. His first response, ' Well, its not that far - only 30 miles'. REALLY???
I will never go near this place again
