I bought a 2010 Ford Explorer from Gainesville Buick GMC two years ago. The car developed a major engine issue. Upon having it diagnosed, we found out that it would need a new engine. The 15 year,150,000 mile powertrain third party warranty that came free of charge with the vehicle, was not filed two years ago at the purchase date. Warranty company said the dealership is 100% responsible for the repairs, due to the dealership not filing the warranty. Tried calling the dealership and spoke with one very rude sales associate, that so joyfully told me that it wasn't his problem, he wasn't there two years ago! Could never get anyone on the phone that could help, GM not there or in a meeting. Emailed the GM and no answer. Even sent the email certified signature required to the GM, No Answer! The warranty company even tried to contact them, with no response. This business has some major issues. Steer clear here!
