The sales staff are very relaxed and easy going. I intended to go in last night just to learn about end of lease options, but left with a new lease. When everyone is so helpful and they just give you the facts you need, I put a value on that and don't want to pay the cost of driving to different places talking to sales people that maybe aren't so helpful. Could I get a better deal somewhere else? Maybe? But trust and comfort and good people go a long way with me. I'ved bought one car and leased two others from here. No complaints. Deseree and Steven are awesome.
