We had a tour scheduled to tour Waterford apartments. When we arrive Marcus quickly greeted us. He promptly gathered pertinent information and took us to see the desired floor plan. While there, he was very informative, and gave very honest answers about the units, green space, parking, the pools, etc. We toured the additional amenities, gym, racket ball court, etc.
We were very impressed with the maintenance of the property considering location & price point.
