I m giving this 1 star, not because of the actual service I had done to my vehicle, but for what I had to go through to get an appointment for a service you technically DO NOT need an appointment for! Now I know, don t try to be nice or proactive, just show the heck up! However, 5 STARS TO ERIC KEPLER WHO IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and knows what great customer service is all about!!
