I put a star because you can not put less. If you go to the emergency department go to another center if you do not want to die in the waiting room. The emergency service is painful, this morning I used the service and I was told that although the waiting time on screen was two hours on average it was quite fast. After two hours of waiting I approach the counter and they tell me that there are 10 patients left in front of me and that the approximate waiting time is 2h and 11 minutes more, total until they attended me 4 hours and 11 minutes. Then he tells me that the patient who was going to enter had already been 4 hours and 45 minutes as if he had all the luck in the world for waiting only 30 minutes less. Paying for private insurance to obtain this service is embarrassing.
I said avoid going to this center.
