I just purchased a 2011 Mustang from Lindsay Ford in Silver Spring. Beginning with Nicole who helped me when I came in to take advantage of a Ford promotion and ended up buying the Mustang through Ibrahim who saw to it that the flaws I asked him to take care of were totally resolved in a timely manner, I can only say that I more than satisfied with the competency, professionalism and character of the staff. I had a lot of fun and ended up with a car that I am enjoying and hope to continue doing so for a considerable time into the future.
