I purchased their Premium Warranty for my Yoga 730...

I purchased their Premium Warranty for my Yoga 730 and still have a year left. You're guaranteed next-day service and it's been 24 days and they've not contacted me despite my regular calls for status updates. Their case managers do not call you back. You open a 'case' with their third-party glorified call center where the reps are nice, but ineffective. You cannot reach actual Lenovo representatives even using the contact numbers on their website. While their ThinkPads are great for mass corporate use, but avoid their consumer-centric devices. Inferior quality parts are used and the same issue will need to be repaired/replaced more than once. Choose any other computer company but this one. You will not get the quality device or premium service they promise you.
