Very disappointed in our first 3 hours here. Let'...

Very disappointed in our first 3 hours here. Let's see, where do I start:

1. Pool restaurant staff is severely understaffed. We put our flag up and 45 minutes later, no service. Proceeded to go to bar for drinks and waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order.

2. Check in, get keys to room and they don't work....twice. Finally get into room.

3. Order room service and guaranteed to have it in 30 minutes or less, I sit here at 40 minutes with no food

Extremely disappointed. I stayed at the JW Marriott in Chicago 2 weeks ago and had awesome service and awesome experience on my son's 10 year old trip. Staff, service and facility were outstanding. Maybe the GM for JW Marriott could go spend some time in Chicago and learn how to run a high end hotel.
