Unfortunately after several attempts at dialogue I had to come to this public tool to express my frustration with the honda coral springs. I was on the 8/26/2020 at the honda coral springs and I was attended by Jackie where I had a good first service, I went to check on the condition of the used vehicle that I had just bought and I went to the dealership of my trust to check the that needed to be done, in this first appointment a noise was verified that came from the tires because they were defective and needed to be changed, I was given a budget and then I went home. The next day I returned to coral springs honda and made the purchase of the 4 tires that had passed me in the budget. I subsequently identified two new problems in the vehicle, the headlight light was not working, the brakes were noisy and the bluetooth connection on my radio was defective, because it is a new vehicle I went back to the dealership waiting for the same service but it was there that my nightmare started both are under warranty, and ask to check the brakes when when when I brake I trembled, and then Honda Coral Springs charged me a fee of $ 160 if I did not do the brake disc service which made me feel obliged to do the service with them so as not to lose 160 dollars. I tried to talk several times, explain my frustration due to the difference in the service I received from Jackie to Justin but when the manager came he was rude to me and I felt even more disappointed with all that, he came up with arguments that would educate me and teach how it works in the united states what made me feel discriminated against as an immigrant. Unfortunately customer service should be standard in a chain of car stores as large as coral springs. but what i realized is that there is a difference between servicing employees within the honda coral springs. I paid what was charged and they still charged me for the disposal fee and no item was purchased to be disposed of. I hope my frustration is heard and respected. I also hope that there will be more opportunities for employees like Jackie Leyow who truly treat their customers with respect and dignity. I expect my entitlement to be reviewed and at least my extra $ 24 money will be refunded.
