Horrible customer service. Came in to ask questions about my arborvitae tree even brought branch and bug samples that I found asking if anything can be done. If any of these bugs can be the culprit of my trees turning brown. And the guys first question did you buy the trees with us. I said no. His response you will have to go where you bought them. I came here for help because I though you had experts, and was willing to buy a product that might help save my trees but they just don't care about their customers unless you buy the plants with them apparently.
