Poor Services!!! Worst experience ever!

I was charged extra $200 for a window sealing repair and the advisor Marco promised he would refund the credits back to me, because it's his fault.

It has been three weeks, every time I tried to contact him, he promised he will solve it tomorrow, then he disappeared. And he didn't reply to my messages.

Poor customer service! Don't believe in their promise, liar!

I don't know how I could have my money back and when!
