Hi Everyone ,

Subject Name : No one is responsible and No one is taking responsibility. No reason for delay .

I have tried to call customer service as well as supervisor in Preferred medical plan but they are transferring my call to one department to another and also cut my phone call , I have sent back claim in the month 04/01/2015 but after 10 months it is still in process and no one is responsible and take responsibility. No reason for delay . No one is giving complain email ID and fax number . I can not understand how to deal with this Preferred medical plan. This insurance has wasted my lot of time last couple of weeks , Need take necessary action on it. I am selecting one start because I have to post this writing
