Probably one of the only places you could get that 5* service and quality for their brand name from the English days of colonialism. Everything is pretty much okay BUT at times they fail to deliver that class with the kind of price they charge.
Like on the 27th of March, 2018 I was there for lunch and their cultelry especially spoons and forks were burnt. When asked they said it's the dish washer BUT you don't expect that from The Oberoi's .
So you somewhat feel your compromising as you drive taking all the toll of the hill drive just to get a few degrees cooler temperatures N then you pay for this !
