For anyone new in the Lower Mainland, I suggest you get Prompton Real Estates. They ae very great on advising, showing places, explaining contracts and stuff that can be hard for new comers.
I have had a very good response from them when I moved out here from Edmonton.
Definitely recommend them for anyone who is new to BC.
