I will never ever work for this company again. They hired me to work in a rural area in which no one wants to go. They did not check on me at all during the entirety of the contract. We are the talent as PT, OT, ST. It's time to stop making this companies rich and cut out the middle man. We can draw up our own contract to these organizations, get an LLC, and bill insurance for your own clients. I've done it for years and my colleagues.
