sent my phone for repairs via LG warranty, for auto turn off and weak speaker output, they replaced the motherboard and shipped it to me, the wifi was not working now, went back to them and they wont talk to me in person, or contact me on phone, LG did not want to honor the warranty anymore, after fighting with them for over a month i got the phone repaired finally, it tool 6 weeks to get the phone and they have the worst customer service, acutely they have not customer service. will never buy a Samsung, LG phone ever again. LG should change their slogan to LNG, Life's Not Good
