I have found the judges in the Sixteenth Circuit Court of Missouri to be competent, fair, courteous and interested in the judicial process. They have a difficult job that will usually result in at least one side being unhappy with the outcome. My hat is off to the Jackson County Judges I have worked with. They really are doing a great job in difficult circumstances.
