I was put in contact with this organization by chance, not knowing this service offered yet for more than 40 years. My choice to participate was initially motivated by the desire to get out of isolation after a year out of the market and my desire to leave, at the same time, my comfort zone.

However, from the first days, I was delighted with the approach that generously offers reintegration techniques combined with a human framework adapted to the sometimes difficult reality of members.

The dynamic and stimulating team is made up, among others, of experienced advisers who have themselves held senior management positions. They are aware of the realistic needs of individuals and put their vast experiences to the benefit of the members.

The networking approach, based on the founding foundation of the organization's creation, provides a framework that engenders the exchange, mutual support and support of members who have become colleagues and friends in the context.

The environment allows the sharing of doubts, fears and failures to better achieve the success that inevitably occurs in a generally very short time. Success is celebrated and the active member, who has become a graduate member, emerges with a humble confidence firmly attached to his self-esteem.
