OMG! Expedia was so unhelpful and frustrating. You...

OMG! Expedia was so unhelpful and frustrating. Your man, Rico was the light at that dark moment. He quickly called Expedia, without my asking. He was so nice as we (4 adults, dog and cat) sat in the lobby on the phone with Expedia. He was conversant and joyful. Found our scheduled dinner spot to call and check on closing time for us.
I think I love Rico!
