So far we have been happy with Shurmer Place Memory Assisted Living. The individuals who work at the reception desk are welcoming and efficient. The public areas are clean and cheery. The staff is friendly and responsive to questions and seem to have a sincere interest in helping the residents have good days with positive experiences. The solariums are bright and comfortable. Since Shurmer Place Memory Assisted Living is a new component of Altenheim Senior Living, there are a some "kinks" that are being worked out..but that is to be expected.
