I understand you're probably just trying to save a buck or two for all reconstruction, but because you're so cheap, you lost our business now, we'll go to the Lodge or the Gilpin instead before we darken your door again. And the thing is, you're probably loosing hundreds of dollars rather than saving a few, and if I feel this way, I imagine many others do too.
