My son and I are gluten free. His 9th birthday was coming & I wanted to make a pokemon cake for him. I gave Short Street Cakes my description of what I'd like the cake to look like and that the whole cake had to be gluten free. They had the cake ready on time and it was the most delicious cake I've ever eaten! Pokemon was a hit with the kids and everyone raved about the moistness and chocolatey taste.
