If I ever feel like going back to Longhorns it would only be the Winter Haven location and I live in Lakeland. I had to talk my fiance into to going who loves to go to Texas roadhouse. Went to Lakeland longhorns this Fri and it was an very unpleasant experience to spend my FRIDAY night. Steak was good but service was below average.The first person who greeted us was moody pregnant lady who I can tell had a very long day. No one had a smile and not very friendly nothing like Winter Haven. If never for the Winter Haven location I would never go back to Longhorn entirely.
