I had been looking for a car for the past 4 weeks, going from dealer to dealer looking and test driving various vehicles. Having worked as a Sales Manager for many years i was not looking forward to the 'car salesmen' spiels and anecdotes which i experienced quite a few times. Then there was Jai Patel - collected and always professional. No desperate catch phrases or attempts to close a sale here. He understood my needs, gave me a great deal on new car and also trade in.
