Such a bad experience, I have been here for 2 days...

Such a bad experience, I have been here for 2 days and till now they never fixed the AC. It s sat on heating and no button to change it. Has to call and visit the help desk 4 times and nothing happened!! What even more which restaurant have in room dining that totally ignore their customers?? Unfortunately they never come back with any solution but you have to ask for it otherwise it will never happen
