I don't always leave comment, but had to do this time: I totally disagree with any 'non authentic' comment here.
I lived in Xi'an for more than 20 years and trust me, most of the food here are pretty authentic to me. I can't say they are exactly the same or taste just right, but definitely the best Xi'an food I had in SF.
