Company is horrible. Does everything they can to cash grab. Doesn't care for every spender equally. Just caters and gives stuff to the top spenders. And doesn't stop all gem loaders(thieves) unless credit card companies or legal authorities contact them. Total disregard when it comes to stopping what they call "illegal to the terms" policies, or actual illegal activites, as long as it doesn't affect their bottom dollar.
