Pretty disappointed with this dealership. A salesmen blantantly misled me and when presented with evidence of misleading me on a purchase, opposed to meeting me in the middle and making me a satisfied customer, I was talked to in circles, disrespected by a manger, told contradictory infomation and politely told 'too bad'. Right off the bat I had to get the transmission fixed in my new truck with other small issues. To top it off, the guys in the shop didnt latch the hood down after my transmission repairs and on a very busy section of 101 near Black Lake I had to pull over to shut it completely. Would not reccomend this dealership. My first new car buying experience was awful, and they're only concerned about their bottom line. They played a lot of good cop bad cop stuff with me too. Pretty manipulative, stay away.

You have an excellent team. Upon my arrival I was greeted in seconds with a warm friendly smile, asked how I was and how I could be helped. I felt like I was listened to and given the best options from the description that I had expressed interest in. Mark McCorkle was the sales associate that took superior care of me through my test drive and found a vehicle that was a perfect match for my lifestyle and pocket book. Mark McCorkle was knowledgeable, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and most importantly showed a genuine to get me into the vehicle I wanted.

I appreciate Mark McCorkle's excellent service and I am now an excited owner of a 2015 Tacoma Off Road .

My husband and I wanted to try a new breakfast place and found Biscuit House online. We didn t know it was inside the dealership (Biscuits were delish)! I had previously been looking for a used car to replace my 03 civic and thought I d look online while we ate, but I wasn t expecting to buy a car. I ended up finding a car I was interested in so I approached Deion and asked to see it. Deion was the exact opposite of what I expect a car sales person to be, in all the best ways! He was knowledgeable but not pushy, personable but not fake. He truly wanted us to be happy with the car and price. I never felt pressured or swayed in any direction, which made me feel like I could lower my defenses. Deion even took the time to connect with us on a personal level as we waited for our paperwork-it was like talking to a good friend. ALSO! He wanted to come back to the dealership when I picked up the car the next day even though he wasn t working and make sure it all went smoothly for me. I was really impressed and so very happy with my whole experience. THANK YOU, Deion!! I love my new car!

multiple times I've seen them doing bad work on my cars, first was maintenance for a flat tire they told me nothing wrong with my tire and went to discount tire and it was a nail in the side that you can see without taking the tire out, second was engine maintenance and the nuts were lose, this is for maintenance. the other one buying a car from them is a nightmare, we tested a car and the price we agreed before testing the car, after test drive the car the price went up and the dealer was this is the price we cant do the other price! send like 4 managers every time with a different story... this dealer is bad!

Worst experience ever. Showed up did a finance app and the manager sends the green pea sales rep out with a padded payment at 60 months at 9.99 for a monthly payment of $900 with $12,000 down on a total sales price of around $49,000 doesn t take a genius to know that s payment packing and against state law. Then the attitude from the sales rep Patrick got an even worse attitude when I called them out for payment packing and the finance manager shot gunning my credit to every one of their available lenders. I did not authorize them to submit my credit to the lenders as that requires a signature from me the customer on paperwork other than the credit application. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. treat them like the whole place has COVID-19

I would go to a different dealership that works out the finances better than Toyota of Olympia. When I tried to purchase my Corolla, the agreed upon price between me and the sales staff could not be fulfilled because the bank loan did not go through. Unfortunately, in the end, my credit had to be run twice (which lowered my credit score) and I ended up with a loan that made the car about $4000 more than I originally agreed to. Additionally, when I went to have the car serviced there later, they told me that 3 of my tires had been punctured and I could experience a blow out at any time! Fortunately I got a second opinion who said my tires were fine. Now it's been about 6 months later and my tires are still going strong. This dealership has some weird practices so buyers beware!

As a first time buyer, I was checking out various dealerships for the best price on a 2018 Toyota RAV4. Toyota of Olympia was offering the best offer at that time and I decided to drive 45 minutes-1 hour to check out the dealership. When I went to the dealership, I ended up making a deal with the Toyota of Olympia. In retrospect, I wish I went with A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. I was at this dealership for a total of almost 7 hours, which was a complete waste of time.

THE WORST PART: After all of my paperwork was taken care of, we waited about 30 minutes - 1 hour for the FINANCE LADY whose name is Lisa. When she was FINALLY ready, she kept pressuring me to buy extra Toyota Care, Gap Insurance, etc. Since she was so persistent, I decided to call my co-signer and have him talk with her. She then, gave my co-signer WRONG information. She told my co-signer that I would be able to take these additional services off at anytime and my payments would go down. When I confirmed with her about this she changed her statement and said that my payments would still be the same, but I would pay the car off in a shorter period of time. After finally taking "No" for an answer, we moved onto the contract portion. Lisa messed up on the contract THREE TIMES! She had my co-signer's address wrong and various items wrong on the contract. I was in finance for almost 3 hours when it should've taken less than 1 hour. My co-signer is also out-of-state and she ensured my co-signer that the papers would be sent out that day (Wednesday) and my co-signer would receive the paperwork the next day (Thursday) because they would do one day shipping.

I then arranged with my salesman, Larry (who is exceptional at his job), to have my car dropped off on Friday after they receive my co-signer's paperwork. I had to work on Sunday morning, therefore I was expecting my cars arrival.

Thursday comes around and my co-signer is expecting my paperwork. I have to go out of my way to contact Toyota of Olympia regarding my paperwork. Lisa, the finance lady, who was supposed to follow up about the paperwork never did. I then find out from my salesman, Larry, that the paperwork NEVER WENT OUT on Wednesday. The paperwork was sent the day I called and the finance lady didn't even bother to follow up. I called the dealership as well as my co-signer to speak to Lisa and she did not answer any calls. I also emailed her multiple times and contacted the manager, Shaena, about how ONCE AGAIN they have inconvenienced me and WASTED MY TIME. I did not receive ANY RESPONSE from the manager or the finance lady.

When I emailed once again about my salesman saying they would get me a rental car. The sales manager, Shaena, did not confirm with me until it was already too late. In result, this inconvenienced me and caused me to forgo necessary income. I emailed Shaena once again and told her of this inconvenience and if they would provide 3M protection or something of that sort to make up for the MAJOR INCONVENIENCE the Toyota of Olympia has caused me. I also have been calling Toyota of Olympia and leaving voicemails on the lines, but no response what so ever. I sent out 4 email messages and I did not receive ANY RESPONSE from Shaena Langley who is the manager. As a customer, I would hope that management would do well to amend their blunders especially after after putting a down payment of $5,000.

Shaena then disregarded everything I had said in my emails. I am very upset with this dealership and I expected so much more of Toyota. I especially feel that because of my age and my first time buying that I was treated unfairly by the Toyota of Olympia and I will NEVER purchase another car here again.

John in service was nice and knowledgeable, walking my through my scheduled service and the results of my car's inspection. The restaurant inside was a great place to grab a well priced breakfast that was more than I could have eaten during my 3 hour service wait. And the sales team were all very nice to talk to (especially Kirk, who stood outside with me and chatted about anything).
I can honestly, 100% say that I'll be coming back for future servicing.

Toyota of Olympia made purchasing a vehicle easy, stress free and most importantly FUN! Every single staff member I worked with went above and beyond to make the whole car buying process enjoyable. I worked with OJ, a great salesman who answered every question and never made me feel pressured in any way. He helped me through the whole process from that first moment of opening the door for me to walk into the dealership right up until he walked me out so I could drive away in my new car. Buying a car through Toyota of Olympia was an amazing experience!

As if this place didn t have enough good reviews, ...

As if this place didn t have enough good reviews, here s another one. I took my 2006 Tundra in today and this was the second time I have been there and the first visit experience made me not hesitate to come back.

I had them perform a driveshaft service (normally free during a scheduled service interval) and a diagnostic on my suspension. I was quoted 140$ and told it would take a few hours. Turned out the inspection went quicker than they expected and so I was pleasantly surprised upon pickup to have it be FREE. For context, this truck has 191,000 miles, far out of any imaginable warranty.

Needless to say I am super satisfied and will be back for paid services soon (i.e. transmission fluid flush), I can t recommend their service department enough, and the restaurant inside is a must have. The food will surprise you! I will even consider Toyota of Olympia for my next purchase when the truck dies or I get tired of it, around 30 years from now. Thanks again!

I called this dealership two hours ago and spoke with a Kelli about a new Land Cruiser. She said that she would send me pictures and speak with the sales manager about my trade, which is a collector car. She so far has not responded and it makes me wonder about the reliability of this fairly new dealership. Professional people get back in a timely way and keep a prospective buyer informed as to the status of what might be a sale.
I also noticed that the responses to reviews are a cover type response, not a thought out reply that is personal to the individual writing the review.

Got me through there feeling as if it was my family talking to me and thats how i left the place feeling also. Top to bottom the whole experience was first rate....

Top to bottom the whole experience was first rate. Connor was my salesman and he was knowledgable, helpful and straightforward. I was there with my 2 year old son and Connor made sure everything super fast and even the finance team moved us through extra fast. I never had to wonder what was going on or when I was going to be taken care of. They were 0 pressure, even in finance and were completely professional. It was a long drive for me to get there and I was buying a used Ford F250, but I am glad I went and everyone treated me and my son like we were the only customers in the place. Absolutely first class team and a wonderful facility.

I would like to do a great review on Toyota of Olympia. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jay. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable during the test drive of my new Tacoma TRD off-road . It was hands down the best test drive I ve ever been on. Jay is professional and respectful and is a great listener to what the customer wants. He also has a very positive attitude and gets the information across very clearly. I am very pleased with my new Tacoma, And wouldn t hesitate to recommend Jay for my friends and family for any new vehicles they purchase in the future. Thanks again Jay!

I purchased a vehicle from Felipe.
He is a very professional and easy to talk to and personable. He listened to me about what I wanted and was looking for as I expressed that I'm not in a hurry to purchase and I told him what I had to spend. He did his research, called me later in the evening with what he had on lot.
Today I own the car I have been looking for for 2 + months.
Yes...I will recommend Toyota of Olympia highly...BUT.. ask for Filepe...tell him Judy recommended him..you will be happy!

Purchased a brand new car from them and I wish i never had. They are the most unprofessional dealership i have dealt with and have no respect for their customers once you buy the car.
I requested to get the Environment protection package and they said they will let me know when i can apply it on the car in two weeks. 3 weeks passed with no call and when i called them they straight up said i had already applied it which is false. Had to call them for 3 days til they agreed to put it on.
Then they place a different address on my registration than the one i signed on the paperwork. I try to call them and they keep transferring me to people who don't pick up. This went on for a week and it got to the point where they just hung up to my face. And until now they are refusing to correct their mistake and I have contacted a lawyer and pursuing legal action against them.
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

Had a wonderful car-buying experience thanks to Earle Thompson. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for him. Came in to look around with a very clear budget and vehicle in mind. He didn't lead me astray from either, which I really appreciated. I didn't feel pressured. If I had concerns about something, he actually listened. He didn't make me feel rushed and it was clear he genuinely wanted to find me a great vehicle. Drove out of there with a new 4runner, for a great price. After the purchase, he spent easily another hour setting up everything in the vehicle and giving me the run down on all the bells and whistles. Left the dealership very happy!

One of the best facilities I've been in as far as dealerships go. Plenty of waiting space and customer amenities, like the cafe / restaurant inside. Have some breakfast while your car is serviced! My buying experience was pretty easy. I knew what I wanted and the sales team assisted getting it worked out. I am not a fan of a pushy salesperson, and those I worked with weren't too bad. The reason for a 4 star review is the constant push for a "10" rating on all of the survey questions. I was asked to give 10s way too many times, and was even called to ask if I did the survey with 10s. I personally feel if you do your job, you will get an honest high rated feedback by the customer. Overall, I would return to buy another vehicle, and am pretty pleased with the dealership.

I had the most Amazing experience with 5 staff Members at Toyota of Olympia that I have to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TOO!

My experience started with Stephanie who works for the internet department. Stephanie has the most wonderful Customer Service skills.

Mafi my Salesman is hands down the coolest, most down to earth person with a heart of gold. He worked hard to for me in a situation that seemed "impossible".

Sheena the GM introduced herself to me. She is super genuine and friendly. She made me feel valued and important.

Leonard "Easy E";) Floor Manager has the swagger of a "Panther" and is Awesome to work with.

Last but not least, the Man who made a "Unicorn" situation happen, Tommy the General Sales Manager. He kept things real with me and was honest and genuine. He looked out for me and my best interest.

I have referred my Brother to Toyota of Olympia and I have zero worry that he wouldn't be treated like Gold.

Juliaes helped me out to find the right car along with the manager who has been there for 18 years. They worked with me to get the best car that i could get for my price range. They have low car payments and great customer service. I'm loving my car and do not regret one bit of purchasing it.

I've heard nothing but great things about this dealership but unfortunately that was not the case for me.

I test drove a few cars and mechanically, they should not have gotten past their service department. The salesmen that were working with me that day made me feel guilty about not being comfortable driving a car with so many issues.

I will not be buying a car here and I did email the managers in hopes they'll straighten things out with their service department.

I've brought my older Toyotas here for service the past couple years, and the service has been stellar. So when it came time to upgrade to a newer vehicle, I didn't really consider going anywhere else. Thankfully, the sales side of this operation is just as great: no sales people ambushing you, no pushy tactics. Mafi made it a quick and stress-free process, and I would highly recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks Mafi!

I never leave reviews, but SUPERB customer service, and I want others to know.

Best car buying experience I have had yet!

Larry Nichols worked with me for many, many hours (2 separate days) to make sure I had the vehicle I loved.

*Not to mention to brought me over dinner, since I had been at the dealership so long and figured I was hungry. That is the things that matter to customers.

Having a salesman that legitimately just wants you to be genuinely happy with your purchase, even 3 years from now, is a rare one.

He was also super down to earth, honest, and used his resources if I had a question he wasn t 100%.

Larry took the extra mile most salesman do not to make sure I was happy with my experience.

Make sure you go see Larry Nichols when you are looking for your new Toyota!!

I came in with high demands for a trade in and a new Toyota. DEION WAS AMAZING. He was so sweet and made a potentially intimidating experience more comfortable for us. He got me everything I wanted, explained everything, and was super patient through the whole process. We hit a big snag with my title - but ended up making it work - and I drove away in a new RAV4! Deion put customer service first for us and I would recommend him to anyone :)

In this day and age where everyone that has something negative to say. I took my brothers car into Toyota of Olympia and the two shuttle drivers did an excellent job of getting me where I needed to go and bring me back to pickup the vehicle after service was done. Eli was a wonderful service agent and did a wonderful job of keeping me aware of the status and helping suggest services that needed to be done at 210000 miles. As usual Toyota makes a great product and these service organizations keep the product running.
