Ricardo Santaella is GREAT! Knowledgeable and hospitable bartender steered me in the direction of an excellent Pinot Noir - I ordered one on a whim - Ricardo inquired if I preferred robust flavors or light - I prefer robust - he proffered a sample of my whim choice and boy, was it anemic.
