I rarely see a physician there, only the NP. However when I kept returning for the same complaint, it was time to see the doctor but his schedule was never available.
I can honestly say that the front desk staff is not only incompetent but rude and has no respect for the patient. Each time I arrived and waited in the 'lunch line", I was held up with the same insurance or bill issues that was cleared the week before. Over and over I told them "no I only have one insurance company, not two", but they argued with me as if they knew more about it than me and with a nasty attitude. This was a constant each week. Enough! A lady in line heard all this and whispered how rude they are to patients and she was picking up her file for another practice. Now I know why they have such a low rating. I wish I never started with this group. It seems to be all about money and extreme overcharges and not the health and wellness of the patient.
