We met Chris Shields, the owner of GSS technologies in 2015. Mr. Shields had taken ownership of a business that was established in town who offered repair and service of electronic items. Under the previous owner, we had an awful experience to say the least. Countless days waiting for an IPAD screen to be repaired, to finally pick it up and the repair was so poor, the IPAD was not usable. When we tried to call, the business was basically closed. That experience was horrific to say the least. I called continuously to learn that Mr. Shields had obtained business, changed the name to GSS Technologies, but was very eager to assist all the clients the previous owner left behind. Not only did he repair the IPAD, he personally picked up the IPAD from our home and delivered to us after the repair was complete. The customer service is remarkable. I recommend GSS Technology to any persons I know are in need of repair or other IT services offered by GSS. A great company, and staff, to say the least!
